Q. How often may I receive services?
A. That is the client's and/or family's choice. We may visit daily, weekly, monthly, or as needed. Experience has taught us that seniors do not want to be rushed. In order to develop a trusting relationship and complete a service request.
Q. Are staff experienced & insured?
A. Yes, our owner is a hands on human services professional, certified in home care with more than 35 years in the health care and senior living industries. Staff are comprised of skilled, trained professionals, who are insured and have passed an extensive background check. Staff attend seminars and inservices to keep up-to-date on the latest in senior services. A nurse educator is also part of the SCS team.
Q.How does your cost for services compare?
A.We are very affordable. We are not part of a franchise or publically traded company. We are about one third the cost of assisted living and one fourth the cost of a skilled nursing center.
Q. Can seniors conserve their assets that they have worked all of their lives to acquire by using Senior Concierge Services?
A. Yes. Since our costs are significantly less than other care options, seniors can conserve their assets for their ongoing care needs or their family's future.
Q.How do you charge for services?
A.Our services are charged on an hourly basis. We will provide you with a quote based upon your needs, wants and our professional assessment. Invoices are sent to the client's home at the end of ever month.
Q.How do I pay for services?
A.We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards. You may pay per visit or on a weekly or monthly basis.
If your loved one served in the U.S. military he/she may be eligible for home care benefits from the Veterans Administration. Senior Concierge Services will assist you in accessing this benefit should you or your loved one qualify.
Q. Do you provide services to individuals in assisted living facilities, nursing centers or hospitals?
A. Absolutely! Often, families who live out of town will hire us to routinely check in on their loved one to provide a friendly visit, recreation and give feedback to the family. Or, we can assist families in transitioning their loved one to another level of care should the need arise.

A.We currently serve west side suburbs including; Lakewood, Rocky River, Fairview Park, Kamms Corners, Westpark, North Olmsted, Bay Village, Westlake, Avon and Avon Lake.
